Casper & Davis Ltd with company registration number 15331539 and address 63-66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor, Suite 23, London, EC1N 8LE (referred to as the “company”, “Casper & Davis,” “we”, “us,” and “our”) operates www.casperanddavis.com. Prospective clients are required to review the terms & conditions before making any purchases.
1. Definitions
- Company: Refers to Casper & Davis Ltd
- Client: Refers to the individual, groups of individuals or an organisation buying from Casper & Davis intending to attend a training course.
- Booker: Refers to the person making the booking with Casper & Davis on behalf of a client.
- The Website: Refers to www.casperanddavis.com.
- Terms and Conditions: Refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued, and the website is used, and the training course is conducted.
- Booking Form: An agreement between Casper & Davis and its clients regarding the delivery of services.
- Joining Instructions: A set of instructions given to clients upon receipt of payment, providing details on how to join the course.
- Working Days: Refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Time: Refers to our working hours in the working days, 8am to 9.pm
2. Prices
- All quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance and are subject to change.
- Published prices exclude VAT, and VAT will be applied at the point payment.
- Quotations exclude VAT, and VAT will be applied at the point of payment.
- Published prices do not include travel, accommodation, or living expenses unless otherwise specified.
- VAT is payable regardless of the client’s country of origin, with the point of supply for VAT purposes being the location of the course.
- Course prices are subject to change.
3. Payments
- Course fees, including VAT, are payable in full least five working days ahead of the course commencement date.
- Clients making payments from non-UK accounts or credit cards are responsible for all related bank charges.
- Cancellation and rescheduling fees are due in line with clause four (4) below.
- All payments must be received in full.
4. Cancellations
- Casper & Davis reserves the right to cancel, move, and or reschedule a training course due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Full refunds shall be made for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the course start date.
- Clients must adhere to cancellation policy below.
- 30% of total course fee shall apply If cancellation is done 15 days prior to course commencement.
- 50% of total course fee shall apply If cancellation is done 5 days prior to course commencement.
- 100% of total course fee (no refund) shall apply If cancellation is done 3 days prior to course commencement.
5. Re-Scheduling/ Transfer of Courses
- Re-scheduling of course dates or transfer to a new course can be done 30 days prior to course commencement date.
- Re-scheduling of course dates or transfer to a new course 15 day prior to course commencement date shall attract £50.00 charge. Any additional transfer or rescheduling will not be allowed.
- Re-scheduling of course dates or transfer to a new course 5 day prior to course commencement date shall attract £75.00 charge.
- Re-scheduling of course dates or transfer to a new course less than 5 day prior to course commencement date shall not be allowed.
6. Refunds
- Refunds shall be processed within 10 working days using the original payment method after the request has been approved.
- Casper & Davis is not liable for exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
- Refunds may be offset against any outstanding debt in Casper & Davis offerings that the client may be undertaking.
7. Changes to Courses
- Casper & Davis reserves the right to change any part of a published course due to circumstances beyond control. The client would be notified accordingly.
- All our course information in the public domain is advisory and may be subject to change.
- Casper & Davis is not liable for out-of-pocket expenses due to venue cancellations or alterations.
8. Course Materials
- Casper & Davis commits to replacing courseware in case unforeseen circumstances.
9. Non-Attendance
- Non-attendance for any reason constitutes a cancellation without notice. Refunds shall not apply.
10. Course Suitability
- The booker is responsible for ensuring the course booked is suitable for the clients.
- All courses are delivered in English, and clients must be proficient in English.
11. Admission
- Casper & Davis reserves the right to refuse admission to unsuitable individuals. A full refund shall be issued in this case.
12. Booking on behalf of the Client
- The booker must bring these terms & conditions to the attention of clients undertaking the course.
13. Onsite training on at client’s specified location
- The client is responsible for providing facilities for onsite training. Casper & Davis will indicate requirements for suitability.
14. Onsite and Trainer Expenses
- Trainer expenses for onsite courses will be charged as agreed at the time of booking. This would be in addition to cost of the course package.
15. Copyrights/ Intellectual Property
- Casper & Davis Ltd ® is a registered trademark.
- The website and its content are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights owned by Casper & Davis Ltd.
- All intellectual property rights for course materials remain with Casper & Davis.
- The use of Casper & Davis's name or logo shall require prior authorisation.
16. Warranty & Liability
- Casper & Davis's liability is limited to the charges for the course.
- Casper & Davis is not responsible for personal injury caused by third-party negligence.
- Casper & Davis is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.
17. Personal Belongings
- Clients are solely responsible for personal belongings during the course.
18. Deviation
- No deviation from these terms is allowed without written permission from a Director of Casper & Davis.
19. Force Majeure
- Casper & Davis is not in breach if services are affected by natural occurrences beyond its control.
20. Privacy Policy
- Casper & Davis is committed to maintaining client privacy as detailed in our privacy policy document.
- Personal information will not be disclosed without consent unless required for legal purposes under the relevant UK laws.
21. Recording of Training Sessions
- Recording of the training sessions in part or in full in any form is prohibited. Casper & Davis shall record the session with the permission of the attendees.
22. Confidentiality
- All client and company information disclosed to Casper & Davis will be kept confidential in accordance with the relevant UK laws.
- Information will only be disclosed to employees requiring such knowledge in line with their duty.
23. Credit
- Mutually agreed credit left on a customer account is non-refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months.
24. Security and Encryption
- The highest level of security and encryption is used for processing payments.
- Casper & Davis implements measures for virus-free correspondence and machines during training.
